Refund Policy

Overview

GTA Digital Solutions is committed to delivering quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted across each service category. This policy is compatible with Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal payment processing requirements.

1. Web Hosting

We offer a 14-day satisfaction window from the date of service activation. If you are not satisfied with your hosting plan within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund of monthly fees paid. After 14 days, hosting fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

For annual hosting plans, unused full months beyond the 14-day window are eligible for pro-rated refunds. Setup fees and domain registration charges are excluded from refund calculations.

2. Marketing Services

Social media marketing engagements operate on a monthly retainer basis. If you cancel with at least 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle, no additional charges apply. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable as work and planning for that period is already in progress.

For one-time deliverables (brand strategy documents, content calendars, campaign setups), refunds may be issued at our discretion if work has not yet commenced. No refunds are issued for completed deliverables.

3. Engine Optimization (SEO / AEO / GEO)

SEO, AEO, and GEO are ongoing services. Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, as the associated research, content production, and technical work begins immediately.

Initial audit and strategy deliverables: refundable within 7 days of delivery if you determine they do not meet the agreed scope, subject to review.

4. AI Automation Builds

AI automation projects are billed on a milestone basis. Refund eligibility depends on project progress:

  • Before work commences: Full deposit refund
  • After initial mapping/design milestone: Up to 50% of deposit refunded
  • After build milestone: No refund; rework/revision may be offered instead
  • After delivery and acceptance: No refund

If GTA fails to deliver a milestone within the agreed timeline (more than 14 days late without prior communication), you are entitled to a full refund of the milestone payment.

5. AI Receptionist Setup

AI Receptionist setup is a one-time project fee plus an ongoing monthly subscription. The setup fee is refundable within 5 business days of project start if you cancel before any configuration work begins. After configuration has started, the setup fee is non-refundable.

Monthly subscription fees follow the same policy as recurring services: non-refundable for the current period, cancellable with 14 days' notice before the next renewal.

6. Domain Registration

Domain names are registered through our GoDaddy reseller program. Per ICANN policy and GoDaddy's terms, domain registrations are non-refundable once the domain has been registered. We recommend verifying your desired domain before purchase.

Domain renewals that were charged in error (e.g., after a cancellation request was submitted) may be refunded within 5 business days of the charge date.

7. Professional Email Hosting

Email hosting fees are non-refundable once the mailboxes have been provisioned and credentials delivered.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email support@gtadigitalsolutions.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Company Name]"
  • Include your invoice number, service name, and reason for the refund request
  • Requests must be submitted within the eligibility windows described above

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal). Processing times on your card or account vary by provider.

9. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is outside the eligible window for that service
  • The client has violated our Terms & Conditions
  • Services were suspended due to non-payment or policy violations
  • The work was completed and accepted by the client

10. Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, you may escalate to info@gtadigitalsolutions.com. We will review all escalations within 5 business days. For payment disputes processed through Stripe or PayPal, we comply fully with their dispute resolution processes. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.
